- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the spicy seasoning:

- 1 x Tablespoon of cajun spice
- 1/2 x Tablespoon of cracked pepper

Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Add all your spicy seasoning into one bowl and mix together
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and the spicy seasoning.
- Spread the sweet potato slices out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the sweet potato fries for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
