Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Add all your spicy seasoning into one bowl and mix together
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and the spicy seasoning.
  5. Spread the sweet potato slices out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake the sweet potato fries for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
