  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the spicy seasoning:

  • 1/2 x Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (3 grams / 0.07 oz)
  • 1 x Tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 x Tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 x Tablespoon of cajun spice
  • 1/2 x Tablespoon of cracked pepper

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the spicy seasoning:

  • 1 1/2 x Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (18 grams / 0.21 oz)
  • 3 x Tablespoons of paprika
  • 3 x Tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 3 x Tablespoons of cajun spice
  • 1 1/2 x Tablespoon of cracked pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Add all your spicy seasoning into one bowl and mix together
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and the spicy seasoning.
  5. Spread the sweet potato slices out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake the sweet potato fries for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
