Method

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the water and milk to a boil.
  2. Stir in the oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook the oats, stirring occasionally until they are cooked and have reached your desired consistency.
  3. While the oats are cooking, toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are lightly browned and fragrant.
  4. Once the oats are cooked, divide them into bowls and top them with the toasted pumpkin seeds and blueberries!
