Oats with pumpkin seeds and blueberries

- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries

Method
- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the water and milk to a boil.
- Stir in the oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook the oats, stirring occasionally until they are cooked and have reached your desired consistency.
- While the oats are cooking, toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are lightly browned and fragrant.
- Once the oats are cooked, divide them into bowls and top them with the toasted pumpkin seeds and blueberries!
