Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, garlic, parsley, spring onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mushrooms are well-coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mushrooms for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
