Cauliflower Rice
This recipe is a low-salt alternative to traditional rice, made with cauliflower instead of starchy white rice. - 1 cup of cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt substitute or black pepper to taste

Method
- Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it has a rice-like consistency.

- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Season with salt substitute or black pepper to taste and serve hot.
