  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a small baking dish.
  3. Arrange pear slices at the bottom.
  4. In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, honey, baking powder, and cinnamon to form a batter.
  5. Pour batter over pears.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
